Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the September 3 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes.
Mike LaBonte seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Bob Ross to update BUG206 with more explanation about Warning.
  - Done.


New IBISCHK bugs:
None.


IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said delivery might be imminent. The developer had asked if file existence
should be checked for [External Model] and [External Circuit] Corner. Bob had
asked him to check those.  In general we will be checking existence for all file
references. BIRD186 established rules for file references.  This may affect some
regression tests in which dummy files are referenced, but they don't exist. It will
be easy to create empty files.


IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross reported that there had been no change since the previous week. We have
5 signed agreements, 2 more are likely.


IBIS-ISS parser:
Discussion was deferred.
